The service technician was on time, called before arriving and efficient. Costs seem to be a floating notion, but we agreed on what seemed to me to be a reasonable price.

I had a dishwasher that was not functioning properly and needed to be examined. Not a big job, but my experience with A2Z was great. A2Z called me immediately after I submitted my request. The booking agent was friendly and courteous. The booking agent was was also very communicative about where the technician was and what time they would be by home. The Repair Technician (Farid), was also very professional and courteous. Farid did not push a repair on me, rather he walked me through the estimated cost for the two parts and the labor and we agreed that given the age of the machine it was probably not cost effective to repair the machine. The cost for the service call was very reasonable.
