    Came out on Friday as scheduled. Had to order part for microwave and said they would be back with it Sat. or Mon. At noon on Mon. I called to ask for status and was told they would be here Tues. before noon, which they were. Microwave works but seems to have been reinstalled slightly crooked. Bill came to about $360.

    I didn't end up using the service since the representative determined that there was no apparent problem with the appliance as the tenant thought. This was appreciated however a rather high price was suggested for another part that would allegedly fail “within a day or within a month” but I decided not to utilize for that reason.

    Repairs are always more expensive than we expect or want them to be. That said, the work was done efficiently, the technicians were friendly and quite knowledgeable, and now my oven is working fine again. So, yes, it was more money than I wanted to spend, but the job was done quickly and right — would have cost a lot more if I had had to replace the stove.

    Extremely prompt and showed up when they said. Kept me informed of what was going on. I am an absentee landlord. Told me that they would email me a receipt. I’ve not received it yet, work was done yesterday late afternoon. It was determined that the refrig. was not repairable and I was told I needed to buy a new one. A photo of the situation was sent to me. I had a little difficulty with understanding the phone conversations due to accents. Thought the service charge was very reasonable.
